Tyneside Safety Glass has the capability to process a wide rage of flat and curved toughened glass products used widely in agricultural and construction equipment vehicles, as well as various automotive applications including the passenger transport market.

State of the art automated production lines are used to process our toughened glass with the ability to cut, break out, edge, drill holes and screen print float glass to customer specifications prior to the final toughening process.

Horizontally bent curved toughened glass can be manufactured by sag or press bending methods on a state of the art toughening furnace, which results in excellent optical quality products with no unsightly tong marks.

All Tyneside Toughened products are manufactured and tested to meet all UK, European and American quality standards and bear the relevant quality marks.
